​"FLOW" presents a series of abstract works that evoke the essence of water and surrounding landscapes in its many forms, where color and movement dance in harmony across each canvas. Through distinctive brushstrokes and layered textures, Tania Canteli captures the fluidity and dynamism of water, portraying the rushing currents of rivers, the crystalline stillness of icy glaciers, and the mysterious glow of bioluminescent ocean depths under ever-shifting light.
The abstract pieces are a study in contrasts, balancing delicate transitions with bold, tactile elements. Canteli’s palette draws inspiration from nature’s hues, punctuated by vibrant primary shades that offer bursts of energy and life. Her technique of scraping and layering reveals not just physical textures, but also a metaphorical grit, uncovering hidden depths beneath the surface.
These multi-layered canvases invite the viewer to immerse themselves in the ebb and flow of the compositions, where strokes fade into soft, dreamlike obscurity, mirroring the way water blurs boundaries and distills clarity.
